Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Order Process

A Pre-Order is any merchandise that is expected to be in stock but can be pre-purchased prior to its arrival. Pre-orders can be paid in full or a deposit of 50% of the SRP of the product.

Deposit payment allows you to reserve the item and shall be delivered to you as soon as the product arrives and you have paid the remaining balance.

Pre-Order Cancelation

It is important to note that Pre-ordered items allows you reserve a particular piece, but it is non-refundable. Should you wish to cancel, you can apply this deposit against another product or simply maintain a store credit until you find another item that you want.

Cash refunds is generally not allowed except during instances were TLT will not be able to deliver the items due to limited quantities delivered or any unforeseen incidents.

Pre-Order Section

Pre-orders are usually products that are of limited quantity or exclusives. You may check out the pre-order section to have a glimpse of the latest pre-order items. We also have added a special feature where in a pre-order icon  is available for products that belong the category.

Expected Time of Arrival or ETA's are subject to change and is beyond our control because we only rely on Manufacturers delivery of stock. Please take a note of this if you are ordering pre-order items, as we cannot guarantee the time of delivery

Ordering In-Stock Items with Pre-Order items

If you are ordering for both In-stock and pre-order items in our, we will ship to you the In-Stock items the soonest possible time, without having to wait for the pre-order items.

Your official invoice will contain the amount you paid for the pre-order and the value of the in-stock items you have purchased.

You will receive a notification from us regarding the balance payment that you need to accomplish as soon as the items are ready for delivery.

Once full payment is completed, the pre-order items will be delivered to you separately as soon the items are physically in stock.

Shipments Containing Pre-Order Items

Depending on the merchandise, our team will be informing you as to how the items will be shipped. Items with no definitely volumetric information may have some changes with the shipping cost.

You will be given an estimated shipping charge when you pre-order but this information is bound to change depending on the actual size of the packaging of the items.

Please do remember that some of the pre-order merchandise are still in production and the actual packaging details are yet to be confirmed.

Also, they may be varying costs depending on the location. Furthermore, high quality statues may require added protection such as palates to ensure that the merchandise will be delivered safely. In such incidence, additional charges may apply. 

 

Processing Times

We follow a systematic documentation for pre-orders. A strict implementation of first order-first delivered policy is enforced on all pre-order items.

As soon as balance payments are made, our team will process deliveries the soonest possible time. Tracking details and ETA’s will be shared accordingly.
